Precision Castings For Auto Parts
We have our own foundry to produce various precison casting for auto parts. All workshops of our manufacturer have been ISO9002 certified, and all castings are demanded to pass a strict quality inspection with advanced equipment as universal testing machine, spectrometer, hardness tester, and lathe, etc.
Our foundry owns three sets of furnaces and is capable of supplying 2,500 tons steel casting and 2,500 tons cast iron annually. The castings with weights ranging from several grams to tens of kilograms, are made with a strict quality control system.
We produce castings with different standards from various countries, e.g. ASTM A27, A148, and A514 from US. All records for chemical composition of castings and technical properties can be submitted to trace the process, and Magnetic powder examine can be done as well, if necessary. |
